Candles |
|
Unity Candle Sets consist of three candles,
one for the bride, one for the groom and one
for the union of the bride and groom. The
bride and groom will each take their own candle
and together they will light the third (union)
candle. Couples may choose to extinguish their
own candles after the lighting of the union
candle - this representing that the couple
are now "One". Couples may also choose to
leave their candles lit after the lighting
- this representing individuals connecting
with each other and giving of themselves.
